OUR STORY

"this will definitely affect me for a lifetime."

WHAT WE DO

We believe performers learn best by doing.

Taking classes and voice lessons are essential for honing your craft, but putting those skills into practice is an experience that cannot be substituted.

We take your big dreams and we make them happen.

Specializing in one-of-a-kind, "living the dream" performances, On Stage Collective creates immersive theatrical experiences in exciting and memorable venues across the country.

BEHIND THE SCENES

With thriving private voice studios in Missouri and Tennessee, decades-long friends and former college roommates Heather McKenzie Patterson and Katherine Sandoval Taylor sought to create a performance opportunity for their students unlike anything they had ever experienced before.  Combining their finely-honed crafts of vocal instruction and stage direction, Heather and Katherine believed that their students’ stage needed to be bigger and the lights brighter.  On Stage Collective was born.  Enter New York, New York.

Collaborating with the world-famous cabaret venue, Feinstein’s/54 Below, On Stage Collective’s inaugural performance was set for the bright lights, big city of New York, July 2020.  With a full-slate of performers cast, rep selected and rehearsals ongoing, the show prep was in full swing - until the unexpected happened.  COVID-19 took the globe and the performance world by surprise, forcing the cancellation

of the 2020 On Stage Collective debut.

Not to be deterred, On Stage Collective believed that even in the face of great adversity and long odds, out of every staggering challenge comes great opportunity -- opportunity for its incredibly talented and driven students and opportunity for other gifted singers - all of whom are starved for the stage and ready for the spotlight.

Katherine and Heather took the 2020 COVID downtime to keep dreaming big -- even bigger than before. Realizing that singers everywhere were impacted by the shutdown, they opened up auditions beyond their own studios and created something bigger, better, and even more immersive.

Now in partnership with incredible guest artists who are equally excited to collaborate with our casts,

On Stage Collective is poised to put YOU back where you belong.
