Spotlight Sponsorship:
Empowering Youth & Community Theatres
On Stage Collective, known for producing immersive, "living-the-dream" performances in New York City, is offering an exciting opportunity to partner with community theatres & high school theatre departments as part of our 2026 Summer Cabaret tour. This fall and winter, we’re holding live auditions in select cities across the country.
We’re looking for youth performing arts organizations and community theatres to help us host a one-day audition event for teen and adult singers ages 13+, as well as a free Industry Q&A (Booked It!*) or Master Class and an Info Session about our program.

We are seeking a venue to provide:
-
A space for 2 hours of auditions & 60-90 minute interactive info session
-
A volunteer to assist with running the auditions
-
Strong promotion of the auditions through your email list and social media channels to ensure participation
In return, we offer the chance to be sponsored with a donation of up to $5,000 depending on participation in our cabaret events this summer.

Here’s how the sponsorship works:
-
If 15 members from your organization participate in one of our 2026 cabarets, you will receive a donation of $3,000.
-
If 25 members participate, you will receive the full $5,000.
-
If fewer than 15 members participate, we will still offer a thank-you donation of $300-$500 for hosting us.
Sample Schedule for Weekend Audition Day:

- 12:00–2:00 PM: Auditions
- 2:00–4:00 PM: OSC staff finalize casting and email acceptance packages
- 4:00–5:30 PM: Free Industry Q&A (Booked It!*) and Info Session for accepted singers & families

*Booked it!: Audition Tips from Behind the Table
Want to feel more confident walking into your next audition? Join us for a free Q&A session with our casting directors who’ll share insights, tips, and honest advice about what makes a strong musical theatre audition — and what can hold you back. Whether you're brand new or looking to level up, bring your questions and come ready to learn! Parents are encouraged to attend to ask their own questions and learn how best to support their young performers as they navigate the theatre world.

We aim to have 30-40 singers sign up for auditions, so we can work toward your organization receiving the maximum donation. We’ll provide promotional support and materials, including social media sharing and a co-hosted Facebook event.

We believe this is a wonderful opportunity for your community members to gain real-world high-level performance experience and for your organization to receive valuable support.
Not only will this partnership help promote the incredible talent within your community, but it also offers financial support to further your mission.
